The Arab Fisheries Group has developed, in conjunction with consultants from the AquaBioTech Group, a detailed Corporate Strategy through a clear revision of our operations and an extensive restructuring exercise.
As a result of this work, the Arab Fisheries Group has developed a vision statement that encompasses the aims and objectives of the five year development plan. This detailed plan aims to provide mangement and clients with a clear guide to where the group wishes to go and what we are aiming to achieve and what we need to do to acheive this.
